The following series of progressively more sophisticated videos show The Ac28R in action.

1. Introduction to Inverts and Attributes

This first video introduces you to Inverts and all of their rich properties. The Invert Builder tool lets you combine these Inverts in a flexible but controlled way.

2. Executable Programs and File I/O

This second video shows you how to build executable programs that read and write to files and display information in popup screens. It also introduces the Invert libraries covering Set manipulation and various Statistical measures.

3. Working With Databases

This third video shows you how to incorporate databases into an executable program. The Ac28R dynamically builds special Inverts that can be fully integrated into an Invert structure. There is no need to use SQL or any kind of logical instructions. Close guidance every step of the way ensures that no errors can creep in.

3B. Advanced Database Operations

This supplement to the third video shows how to represent repeated calls to database stored procedures by using Sets as input parameters. We also show how these database Inverts can interact to represent database operations of enormous sophistication and complexity.

As before, the Invert Builder tool dynamically builds the appropriate Inverts needed to properly communicate with the database; it then analyses these Inverts and in no time at all creates the software and runs it. All the hard work is done for you - there is no need to use SQL or any kind of logical instructions.

4. Advanced Set Manipulation

This video shows how you can specify a variety of sets - everything from sorts, tail subsets, central value subsets, unions and intersections to rankings, percentiles and more. You can also specify subgroup summaries and manipulate synchronised sets based on multiple sort fields.

4B. Further Set Examples

This supplementary video shows some additional Set examples up close - Rankings, Quantiles, Winsorized Sets, and a variety of generalised Set Matching constructs. The Matching constructs go beyond simple Unions and Intersections, allowing you to specify a wide range of combinations from multiple Sets, and the results can be further used to specify Synchronized Sets.

5. Monte Carlo Models

This video shows how you can specify complex Monte Carlo models for financial pricing, hedging and risk measurement. The Ac28R’s mathematically elegant Invert design allows you to specify complex random numbers, sets and numerical structures with minimal effort.
